Strong doesn'tretire.
Most programs are written for 25-year-olds and simply scaled down. This one is built the other way: from your current lifts, up — slow progression, planned recovery, joints intact.
Your numbers in. Your plan out.
Enter a recent set for each lift — weight and reps. Don't know a number? Tick "not sure" and we'll start you gently from your bodyweight.
✦ Skip the typing — let your AI fill this in for you
Copy this prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — whichever AI you already talk to. It'll interview you in plain English ("what do you comfortably lift?"), work out sensible numbers, and hand back a link that opens this page with your plan already built.
Twelve weeks. Zero guesswork.
Keep this plan. We'll email your numbers plus a week of tips on making them climb.
Follow a 25-year-old's program at 55 and you get one of two endings: burn out or flame out. The problem was never your age — it's a plan that ignores it.
Start light. Week 1 opens at 60% of your estimated max. It should feel easy. That's the on-ramp your joints have been asking for.
Never grind. Every set ends with 2–3 clean reps still in you. Effort builds strength; grinding builds injuries.
Back off on schedule. Weeks 4, 8 and 12 deload so your body absorbs the work — and each block starts a touch heavier than the last. That's the whole secret: progress you can repeat.
One workbook. The whole system.

Asked & answered.
What equipment do I need?
A basic gym covers everything: rack or leg press, bench, dumbbells or barbell, and a cable machine. Home lifters can run the whole program with adjustable dumbbells, a bench, and bands substituted for cable work — every exercise page lists the swap.
I haven't lifted in years. Is this too much?
It was designed for exactly this. If you don't know your numbers, it starts you from conservative bodyweight-based estimates, and week 1 runs at 60% — a deliberate warm-up month. Check with your doctor first, then start lighter than you think you need.
How is this different from free routines online?
Free routines give you exercises. This gives you a progression: the exact weight to lift each week for 12 weeks, calculated from your numbers, with recovery weeks built in — plus the form guides and logs to run it. A list of ingredients versus a recipe.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions, no forms, no hoops. Keep the workbook.
Is this medical advice?
No. It's an educational training program. If you have a health condition or any doubt, talk with your doctor before starting — the percentage-based format makes it an easy document to review together.
Twelve weeks from now, you'll have proof.
